General Provisions

nbk33 is an online sports betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between nbk33 and its users.

These Terms apply to all products, services, games, betting markets, and promotional activities of nbk33. By accessing the platform or using any service, the user is considered to have agreed to abide by these Terms.

nbk33 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

Please note: These Terms are drawn up in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, nbk33's decision will be considered final.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on nbk33, the user must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the platform. If any user opens an account by providing a false age, that account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, IP address, or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and bonus balances will be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Complete, accurate, and up-to-date information must be provided at the time of registration. nbk33 reserves the right to close an account and withhold balances if false or misleading information is provided. Users must cooperate with the identity verification (KYC) process.

  • Name, date of birth, and contact details must be accurate.
  • Phone number and email address must be valid and active.
  • The payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) must be registered in the account holder's own name.
  • Using another person's payment account is not permitted.

Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Under no circumstances should login details be shared with a third party.

Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to the nbk33 support team immediately. Account sharing or transfer is strictly prohibited.

SSL Protection: nbk33 uses SSL encryption for all data transmission. However, ensuring the security of the user's own device is the user's own responsibility.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

nbk33 currently supports three payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (for each method). Deposit amounts are credited to the account instantly.

Only deposits from payment accounts registered in the user's own name are accepted. If a third-party payment account is used, that transaction will be cancelled and the refund of the deposited amount may be delayed.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Withdrawal Conditions: To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met (see Section 5 for details). The original deposited amount may be withdrawn at any time, but doing so may cancel an active bonus.

4.3 Identity Verification

To ensure security, nbk33 may verify identity before processing a withdrawal. This process may require a copy of a national ID card or passport. Withdrawal processing may be delayed until verification is complete.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

nbk33 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, bets worth 25 times the bonus amount must be placed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Example: For a ৳1,200 bonus: ৳1,200 × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

  • Each player may claim each bonus offer only once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another person.
  • nbk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Bonus balances or winnings earned from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
  • If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

Sports betting, live casino, and slot games are available on nbk33. All betting and gaming activities are conducted under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined impartially by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 Technical Errors

If any game or bet outcome is affected by a technical error or system disruption, nbk33 reserves the right to void that round or reconsider the result. In such cases, the staked bet amount will be returned.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds and markets in sports betting may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the staked amount is generally refunded, though specific rules may vary by market.

VIP Program

nbk33's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on activity on the platform. nbk33 reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time, and members will be notified before changes take effect. VIP cashback amounts are automatically credited to the user's account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nbk33 platform. Any violation will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Abusing or manipulating bonus offers.
  • Using another person's identity or payment method.
  • Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
  • Attempting to manipulate or hack the platform's software or systems.
  • Using artificial intelligence, bots, or automated software to place bets.
  • Harassing or showing disrespectful behaviour toward other users.
  • Submitting false information or forged documents.
  • Collusion (conspiring as a group against other players).

Account Suspension & Closure

nbk33 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly on suspicion of a breach of these Terms.

If an account is suspended, the user may contact the support team to clarify the situation. Withdrawal of balances may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In this case, the remaining balance will be returned after pending bets are settled and subject to wagering requirements being met.

Responsible Gaming

nbk33 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We encourage users to play in a healthy and controlled manner.

  • Only those aged 21 or older may participate.
  • Do not treat gambling as a source of income.
  • Do not bet beyond your means.
  • You should not bet with borrowed or loaned money.

Limitation of Liability

nbk33 is not liable for any loss arising from technical errors, internet connection failures, or third-party service failures.

nbk33 will not be held responsible for any loss suffered by a user due to temporary unavailability of the platform, maintenance downtime, or unexpected errors. However, in such situations, an effort will be made to refund the affected bet amounts.

Financial Risk: Betting and gaming carry financial risk. nbk33 is not responsible for a user's losses. Please participate consciously and responsibly.

Changes to Terms

nbk33 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or through the platform.
